Some perms are harsh on the scalp, but I've used ORS Professional Creme Relaxer Normal Strength with no problems. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and manageable. I don't use any other perm.

This is my first time using the ORS hair care line and so far I think the products have been great for my hair. I don't have a sensitive scalp, but this didn't burn in any way.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Better than the box because it is evenly mixed. You should order neutralizing shampoo if you don't already have on hand. Comes as relaxer only.....no add one like box relaxer.
